The best.

Macgyver Muffin Mondays are select Mondays where my friends get together and we all bring muffins to share and watch old episodes of Macgyver. It's pretty greatly cheesy.

Anyways, my lovely friend Melysa Christensen brought this banana bread to it the only time i have attended. Amazed with it's greatness, I questioned her for the recipe and she let me know that the secret is on http://thepioneerwoman.com/ Which is where I stole the picture of it from as well.

I haven't made it myself yet because my mom beat me to it but it is SO. GOOD! It's not to banana-ee, its dense yet fluffy (more of a cakey texture) and you make it in a bundt pan! When Melysa and my mom made it they added chopped pecans. You can also sprinkle powdered sugar on top to make it pretty. It's a lot of banana bread, but i promise you'll eat it all!

I made this for my mom for CHRISTmas once.

I kept it such a secret.
She got so mad that i wouldn't her help me on my "school project".
I really did use it for my final in Human Development!
I had my gramma, my aunt, katie's mom, and kaitlyn pallas help me make it.
My siblings and I have never had a contest to see who's present would make our mom cry on Christmas morning.
But if we did, I already won.
